With the release of the 2007 white and rosé wines, Beckett’s
Flat is sporting a brand new look.
The new wines from winemaker Belizar Ilic
are being launched under the Five Stones brand, complete
with stunning new packaging. The wines themselves are all
single vineyard, of the same premium quality customers have
come to expect from all wines under the Beckett’s Flat
label.
Kosher Certification: OU and Kosher
Australia, under the strict supervision of Rabbi Mordechai
Gutnick; Kashrut Authority of Western Australia. In addition
they are also certified by the Orthodox Union USA. The
entire range of Five Stones wines are Kosher for Passover
and Mevushal.

  CHARDONNAY
The nose is complex with aromas of
cantalope and vanilla. The palate is crisp, with
cantaloupe and citrus flavors complemented by buttery
notes and hints of vanillan oak. A stunning wine which
may be enjoyed while young and fresh, but which will
also enjoy medium term cellaring

 
SAVIGNON
BLANC-SEMILLON BLEND
A blend for which the Margaret River
appellation is well-known. The nose is intense with
aromas of tropical fruit with underlying citrus and
grassy characters. These flavors are mirrored in the
palate which also shows some mineral characters. The
finish is crisp but semi-dry.

  ROSÉ
An attractive pink wine with a stunning bouquet of
strawberries and roses. The palate also displays sweet strawberry fruit with a
pinch of mixed spice.
  CABERNET
SAUVIGNON-SHIRAZ BLEND
A complex nose with aromas of cassis, rose
petal and mint. The palate is long, showing cherry and berry
fruit with gentle spices. A wine displaying excellent structure
and length, finishing with plush velvety tannins.
This wine is ready to drink on release
however will reward cellaring for several years. Sealed with the
latest Stelvin screwcap technology
  SHIRAZ
An attractive bouquet with floral notes and
hints of pepper. The palate reveals ripe red berry and plum
fruit with underlying peppery spices. A light, elegant style
with supple tannins.
This wine may be enjoyed in its youth however
will reward medium term cellaring.
   CABERNET
SAUVIGNON RESERVE
An extremely well-balanced wine with
excellent structure. The bouquet is complex with floral notes of
violets and rose petal, complemented by licorice and mint. The
palate is rich, with cassis and subtle capsicum and mint
undertones, finishing with velvety tannins. Excellent cellaring
potential.
