Technique of production:
Following a careful selection of the grapes to be
destined for the production of Chianti, the wine is
produced through a traditional fermentation on the
skins for 12 days. The wine is then aged for four
months in stainless steel to produce elegance and
aromatic concentration.
Service: An elegant youthful red
vintage that will high-light flavourful roasts, game
and cheese.
