Varieties: 85% Sangiovese. 15% Canaiolo Nero.

 

Color: Ruby-red with elegant purple undertones.
 

Bouquet: Intense notes of fruit with violet and vanilla nuances.
 

Taste: Vibrant, well-rounded, harmonious, a classic Chianti.
 

Alcohol Content: 12.5%
Longevity: 3-5 years
 

Technique of production: Following a careful selection of the grapes to be destined for the production of Chianti, the wine is produced through a traditional fermentation on the skins for 12 days. The wine is then aged for four months in stainless steel to produce elegance and aromatic concentration.

Service: An elegant youthful red vintage that will high-light flavourful roasts, game and cheese.
