VINTNER'S SELECT
Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot-Cabernet Franc

This Bordeaux blend, rich and complex. An intense and full red color delights your senses with berries, cherries, and plum flavors, and is unusually full, round and quite soft on the palate. Although this wine will soften and mellow with a year or two in the bottle, it is already very lovely and approachable right after bottling.

 

 

ELLA VALLEY SELECT series

These are young wines, generally coming from the previous years’ harvest, produced in a way that accentuates the character of their particular grape variety and flavor.

Fruity and ready to drink immediately, they can also be stored in proper conditions for 2 years or more.

The philosophy of this quality line is to create an every day wine, which will preserve the typical flavors of the berry.

PETIT SYRAH-MERLOT-SHIRAZ BLEND

An exceptional blend. A deep ruby red colored wine with a fruity aroma that is medium body with soft tannins.

 

 

 

 

White Zinfandel

Lightly sweet and refreshing with fresh fruit charachter. The grapes are from the vinyard on the outskirts of Jerusalem where the grapes enjoy sunny days and cool nights. This wonderful wine can be served as an apertif or paired with poultry, and fish entrees.
