
CABERNET
SAUVIGNON / MERLOT
Both Merlot and Cabernet
grapes are of French origin and adapted well in the
Veneto region of Italy becoming amongst the best known
Italian varietals worldwide. The blend results in a wine
with character, but charming and soft to the palate.
THE VINIFICATION: Grapes
are fermented in the skin in special vats at 26/28
Centigrade. Punching down during fermentation enhance
coloring and release fruit and fragrance. After
fermentation, the wine is centrifuged and stored in
thermo - regulated steel vats, before boxing.
THE
WINE: It has a ruby red
color and a distinctive bouquet, with a full persistent
and composite flavor. It goes very well with roasts,
white and red meats, poultry and aged cheeses. Serve at
18/20 centigrade.
