Boutique Winery Teperberg:
Teperberg Winery is the Boutique winery
of Efrat which specializes in producing exclusive wines. It
starts by carefully selecting the proper growing regions,
investing and improving the vineyards, and aging the wines
in French oak barrels.
The wines in this series are designated
for the high end Market and include: Cabernet Sauvignon
Reserve 02, 03, Chardonnay Reserve 03, 04, and Selection
Series that contains: Meritage, Chardonnay, Emerald
Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.


 MERITAGE
SELECTION
70% Cabernet, 25% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc
Grape origin: The Cabernet Sauvignon
and the Merlot grapes were picked from the Sansan creek
vineyards located at an altitude of 700 meters in the
foothills of the Judean Hills– Ella Valley. The Cabernet
Franc was picked from the Dir Rafat vineyard.
Description of the wine: This deep red color wine has
a fruity aroma of raspberry and cherry with roasted oak
and a hint of coffee. In the mouth the wine is rich,
medium to full body, soft tannins with clean and
balanced finish.


Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Grapes origin: Ella valley vineyard in
Kibbutz Netiv Ha Lamed Hei
Description of the wine: The wine has an intense red
color, while in the nose a rich ripe fruit, blackberries,
plums and roasted French oak. The taste of the wine is
pleasant, soft, full, balanced that combines a fruit and
oak, the ending is long and pleasant.



Teperberg Silver
Cabernet Sauvignon
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
Grape origin: Judean low land
Wine description: A deep red colored wine
with a fruity bouquet of Cherries and Plums combined with
Eucalyptus, Mint and Noble Oak. The mouthfeel is full bodied and
rich with delicate and soft tannins. The lasting finish is soft
and enduring.

 
Teperberg Silver
Late Harvest Riesling
"Delivers up a generous mouthful of apricot, raisin,
papaya and honey. Generous sweetness here but that given
good liveliness by citrus acidity. Rich but not heavy,
fresh, clean and appealing. Best from release-2010.
